A Four-Week Journey
A four-week journey focused on one of the four pillars, Active Mind, Body, Pause, and Soul, done together, not alone. Two live virtual calls anchor the experience, with real growth challenges to work through in between, and a private WhatsApp group where the whole Circle stays connected, encouraged, and accountable the entire way through.
